The Faith Sisters are actual sisters who now reside in Arizona. Their story is one of many trials as children growing up together in Illinois, and a wonderful reunion in recent years. They grew up singing together all the time for church activities and it’s quite a blessing to have them back together again and performing after years of searching and other things that kept them apart. A very touching story is one that is told in the song, A Little Country Girl on their debut album, I'm Gonna Sing, where one of the sisters, Mary, got caught up in a stove fire when she was eight years old. Suffering third degree burns and a lengthy recovery period, Mary tells of this experience and how she is thankful that she was granted more time to share with her family, and how she hopes that this song will show people that there is a heaven. She knows, she's been there and back.
